LEAF CONSTRUCTION

The door leaf consists of a finger jointed softwood frame filled with thermo-insulating core and covered from both sides with stamped galvanized sheets.

LEAF EDGE

Non rebate.

FINISH

The leaf is covered with vinyl (“wood grain” pattern), white or painted in brown.

FRAME

Angle-bar frame made of a steel sheet 1.5 mm thick, delivered complete with an aluminum threshold. Powder painted with priming paint in door leaf’s colour. Fitted with six assembly dowels, special magnetic seals (the side and upper part), increasing the leaf insulating efficiency. Door frame profile width – 150 mm. Door frames can be ordered in two versions:
for setting on ready floor – level “0”
for cementing in the floor – level “30”.
