DOOR LEAF CONSTRUCTION

The leaf core has the structure of a honeycomb or is made of perforated chipboard, positioned in a coniferous timber dressing frame reinforced with an internal plywood frame. The frame and the core are covered, on both sides, with an HDF board. The leaves come equipped with 6mm thick aluminum marquetry.

LEAF EDGE PROFILE

“K” profi le leaf edge. Both side edges and the upper edge of the leaf covered with leaf-colored skirting tape.

FINISHING

The leaf is covered with 0.2 mm HQ CPL veneer with a vertical vein pattern, or with a Portadur veneer with a vertical or a vertical and horizontal vein pattern (pattern A3).

MODELS

Single-or double-leaf in all patterns. Door leaf is available in version for single sliding door without hinges and rebate and with a groove for guiding element slot-milled in the bottom-edge of the door leaf (included in the system).

ACCESSORIES – included in the leaf price

• two standard pintle hinges;
• three hinges in the „100” width leaf;
• lock: for a regular key, with a bathroom lock or for cylinder insert;
• the leaf may be shortened (by 60 mm max.);
• round fl ush handle (for sliding doors);

• ventilation sleeves – 1 row or 2 rows (not available for pattern D);
• ventilation undercut;
• third hinge for the leaf dimensions „60“, „70“, „80“, „90”;
• hinge covers;
• preparing for shortening (by 60 mm max.);
• hook lock with side handles (for sliding doors);
• bull’s eye-stainless steel (not available in pattern E);
